Prices for each product are listed on the respective product pages.
All prices include tax and shipping fees.
For international shipments, Japanese consumption tax is not charged (0%).


Additional Fees

In principle, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
However, for international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged to the customer depending on the destination country.

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.


Delivery Time

All orders are shipped once per week, on Mondays.
Orders placed by Saturday 23:59 JST will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed after this deadline will be shipped on the next week’s shipping day.

Please note that holidays, weather, customs procedures, or logistics delays may affect the shipping schedule.

All international shipments include insurance and a tracking number.


Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

We take the utmost care in the quality of our products.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After confirming the situation, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Returns or cancellations due to customer preferences
(e.g., wrong size, different impression from product images)
cannot be accepted.


Return Period

We accept returns only if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility,
we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on the payment provider (e.g., credit card company),
additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions and agreements related to this store are governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office
shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance.
