Shipping Destinations

Our store offers shipping throughout Japan as well as worldwide.
We are fully equipped to provide safe and reliable international delivery so that customers around the globe can shop with confidence.

Please note that in certain countries or regions, shipping may be restricted due to import regulations or customs requirements.

Your order will be delivered through trusted and reliable shipping services.

  • Within Japan: Japan Post

  • International Shipping: EMS (Japan Post)

All shipments include insurance and a tracking number.


Shipping Fees

All product prices listed in our store include worldwide shipping.
Your order will be delivered at no additional shipping cost, regardless of destination.

You can complete your purchase with confidence knowing the displayed price is the final price.


Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped once per week, every Monday.
Order cutoff is Saturday at 23:59 (JST).
Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped the following Monday.

Examples:

  • Orders placed by Saturday → Shipped the next Monday

  • Orders placed on Sunday or later → Shipped the Monday of the following week

Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other logistical factors.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.


Tracking Information

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You may track your parcel using the link provided with your tracking number.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to estimate or prepay these charges on your behalf.
Please place your order with this understanding.


Address Issues & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, extended absence, or refusal of delivery, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to have the item resent, please contact us in advance.


Loss or Damage During Transit

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will respond in accordance with the carrier’s insurance policies.
If any damage or defect is found upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days.

After confirming the situation, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
